Set upon a commanding six-acre site, Meadow Hill Way is a masterwork of "modern traditional" design. Drawing inspiration from the storied estates of New England and Mainline Pennsylvania, the residence was crafted to be sensitive to the topography, appearing as if it has evolved gracefully over time. The design journey begins at the oval entry courtyard, which embraces the natural slope of the property to create a formal sense of arrival at the crest of the hill.
This project represents a complete integration of architecture, landscape design, and interior design. Every element—from the elevated screened porch to the custom interior finishes—was conceived in unison to ensure a seamless transition between the curated indoors and the rugged beauty of the grounds.
Designed as a multi-generational hub, the floor plan is intentionally scaled to support a growing family today while providing the expansive, welcoming spaces necessary for extended family to return to in the years to come. It is a home that balances large areas for gathering with intimate retreats, ensuring a dedicated space for everyone.
Inside, luxury is defined by the seamless integration of aesthetic excellence and high-utility function. Hand-selected materials and custom millwork are as durable as they are sophisticated, designed to withstand the rigors of family life without compromising the home’s refined atmosphere.
Beneath its classic facade, Meadow Hill Way is a model of energy efficiency and wellness. The residence incorporates the latest advancements in building science, including a high-performance building envelope, state-of-the-art mechanical systems, medical-grade indoor air quality, and seamless home automation.
