Elberon Avenue

Designed as a modern sanctuary along the New Jersey coastline, Elberon is a study in the balance between grand hospitality-inspired scale and the intimate comforts of a family home. The architecture is defined by a central vertical hub, anchoring the residence with a sculptural floating staircase that serves as the heart of the home.

The design is centered on a deliberate visual axis. A soaring 25-foot wall of glass aligns with the floating staircase, framing an infinity-edge reflecting pool and a curated sculpture that draws the eye toward the horizon. The floor plan bifurcates into distinct zones: a secluded library at one end for quiet reflection, and an expansive great room at the other. With floor-to-ceiling glass that opens to the pool deck, the living space seamlessly integrates the interior with the coastal atmosphere.

This project represents a comprehensive collaboration between Hirshson Architecture + Design and Ovadia Design Group, encompassing both full architecture and complete interior design.
